Alex Wheatley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University and a Master of Education in Special Education from the University of Idaho. He also received a graduate certificate in Assistive Technology Applications from California State University at Northridge, and is currently a student at Brigham Young University earning an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology. Alex has worked as a direct support professional, case manager for social security disability benefits, and special education teacher. He currently consults on assistive technology and universal design for learning, while pursuing research interests in video modeling and transition readiness.
